Sex Crimes
Sex Offenses
The allegation alone devastates not just the accused but
also the family of the accused, and we take such
allegations very seriously. In the last 20 years, federal
laws in particular have increased enormously the
penalties for a person accused of a sex offense. Mr.
Samore has defended over 150 alleged sex offenses and
believes that far too often these cases arise from marital
or custody disputes or eagerness to blame an innocent
person. The prejudice is very severe against persons
accused of such a crime, and our office is very proud of
our successes defending accused persons through trial
and appeal (if necessary).
Criminal Law
Sometimes, the evidence of guilt may be so compelling that a client wants to
enter a plea agreement to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. As an
experienced trial lawyer in Albuquerque, Mr. Samore uses his knowledge to
obtain dismissals and verdicts of "not guilty" by guarding the rights of the
accused. He uses his vast background and respectful relationship with
prosecutors and law enforcement agents to get the most reasonable dispositions
for every client. Contact him for a free case evaluation and legal help. As you're
private attorney, he can make a difference.
