Federal & State Felonies
Conviction of any felony may have severe consequences on
a person’s Constitutional Rights, including voting and the
right to remain in this country if not a documented citizen.
Mr. Samore has defended over 1,000 citizens accused of
criminal conduct in federal and state courts. Almost 95%
of those cases involve felonies. A felony is a crime in which
conviction exposes one to at least one year imprisonment.
Mr. Samore has never practiced as a public defender.
When a public defender handles hundreds of cases per
year but rarely have time to spend more than a few hours
(or even just a few minutes) on each case. Each of Mr.
Samore’s cases has been individual, where Mr. Samore
works individually with the client from beginning to end.
