Violent Crimes
Violent crimes include not just the obvious use of force, such as
battery, aggravated battery, murder, manslaughter, but also certain
property violations, which are now categorized as violent crimes.
An example of this would be “aggravated burglary” or “arson” crimes
that for many years were not traditionally categorized as “violent.”

DWI & Criminal
Law
Sometimes, the evidence of guilt may be so compelling that a client
wants to enter a plea agreement to resolve the matter as quickly as
possible. Mr. Samore uses his knowledge and experience to obtain
dismissals and verdicts of "not guilty" by guarding the rights of the
accused. He uses his vast background and respectful relationship
with prosecutors and law enforcement agents to get the most reasonable
dispositions for every client. |
Child Abuse / Death
In the last five years alone, some of our office’s most notable
achievements were the dismissal of murder charges of an innocent young
man accused of murdering his son. In that case, the defense
developed medical evidence that cast severe doubt his injuries occurred
when he was with the young defendant, and, to its credit, the
prosecution recognized the impossibility of conviction and dismissed
the charges.
Domestic Violence
Domestic violence allegations carry devastating results, including
lifetime prohibition in owning or having in your home a rifle or
gun. Even when the charge is only a misdemeanor these cases must
be vigorously defended because the same results ensue. A
convicted person could never hunt again, would be named on a national
list of “domestic violence offenders,” and suffer immigration
consequences. This does no one any good, especially when trying
to maintain a job in our very tight economic times. We have
represented almost 200 people accused of such crimes. |
